All orders will be dispatched between 1 - 3 business days.

We are located in NSW, Australia.
All items are hand packaged with love and shipped in our region.

The Mummaload Co. ships domestically in Australia, and to selected countries internationally. Flat rate shipping costs are shown at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will do our absolute best to get your order out to the quickest we can. Please note - if you choose “express” delivery, that is handled by our couriers, NOT your dispatch time. However, if you need your order ASAP please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will aim to prioritise your order.

All shipping options will offer tracking. You may receive updates on your shipping via email.

Prices subject to change without notice at any time. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars.

Returns Policy

We genuinely hope you love the products you receive from The Mummaload Co. However, if you are dissatisfied with the products received, or change your mind - please see below terms.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with the proof of purchase. The Mummaload Co. will not be responsible for return shipping costs or providing a return shipping label. This will be the responsibility of the consumer. The Mummaload Co. can not provide a return or refund for items damaged in transit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately. Please inspect your product carefully for damage, faults or if you received the wrong item. We will aim to rectify the situation as soon as possible for you.
If The Mummaload Co. agrees that the product is in fact faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund of the product.

Certain items can not be returned or refunded, including, but not limited to all digital products.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please ensure you send back your products promptly so that we can ensure you receive your new products in a timely manner. We will not send out the exchanged product until original product is received.

We will notify you when your product has been received and inspected to let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you will be immediately refunded using the same payment method used for original purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please be aware that all exchanges, refunds and returns have a processing and dispatch time of up to 14 days. Please contact us at themummaloadco@gmail.com for exchange/return instructions.
